Go to Quick Links, search for Receive Payments 

on Receive Payments 

Pick the payment type from the payment type drop-down, and pick the receiving bank for non-cash transactions 

Select the vendor

Put the remarks, if any

Currency is prefilled 

link the payment to an invoice, if any

input amount

Add deductions and discounts, if any

post payments
